T
his interactive training, designed to guarantee optimal learning, is aimed at unit managers (heads of sales force, store managers, sales managers ...).
It consists of 3 monthly sessions, plus 3 bimonthly follow-up sessions: a total of 6 half-day sessions spread over a 9-month period. This training is limited to 15 participants, and can be introduced at any moment and its results can be measured against those of non-participants.
