Jackson Leadership Systems was
founded in 1989 by Dr. David Jackson, an organizational psychologist with over 43 years of experience assessing and developing
senior leaders and leadership teams. Our global practice advises CEOs, Top Teams, and Directors at our clients on how to build

Our clients have addressed their succession needs by ensuring there is a suitable amount of "leadership
talent" being developed at multiple levels. They have thoroughly vetted their strategy by questioning key assumptions
and gaining alignment from the rest of the organization. Their cultures are also characterized by accountability and a "talent
mindset."
We
help build "SMART Organizations" based on Scientific Research and through our Proprietary and Proven Techniques.
“How can we
help improve the performance of leaders so that they can reach their personal and professional potential? Executives cannot
thrive as islands. They need guidance; they need coaching; they need to stretch constantly. Systematic, thoughtful feedback
is the most potent catalyst to their growth. We help to define the intangible qualities of leadership and to make those skills
measurable, acquirable, and coachable.”
Dr. Dave Jackson is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Jackson Leadership Systems Inc. For over 35 years he has consulted in the public and private sectors, fostering leadership from managerial to Chairman
of the Board level. His areas of expertise are executive coaching, succession planning, and building high-performance leadership
teams. He has worked intimately on leadership development with a wide spectrum of organizations, including companies in the
pharmaceutical, financial, communications, cement, and automotive industries. Before his career as a consultant, Dave taught
at the University of Chicago (where he also received his Ph.D. in Psychology), McMaster School of Business, and the University
of Waterloo. Dave and his wife Ruth live on their farm north of Toronto and are avid walkers and gardeners. They have five
children and four grandchildren whom Dave believes have taught him more about psychology than any courses or books.
